STUNED - Standards Teaching in University Education

The Bulgarian Institute for Standardization participates in the implementation of a two-year project funded by Erasmus+ programme of the European Commission, Key Action 2 "Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices - Strategic Partnerships" and managed by the Greek State Scholarship’s Foundation – the Programme’s National Agency for Greece.

The main objective of STUNED project is to support the development and implementation of innovative practices for online standards training in university education at European level through cooperation between European universities and standards bodies.

The achievement of this objective will be done by modernizing university curricula with online standards training modules for students and academics, which will be piloted in the universities participating in the present project. The modernized curricula will contribute to meet common challenges such as the digital shift and the need of encouragement the standards' usage as well as the improvement of the trainees’ ability for practical application of different standards and competences which is a valuable asset to any professional qualification.
