Scope

The collection of standards “Safety of machinery” includes standards that can we used as efficient tools for improving quality, achieving higher level of user protection, increasing productivity and decreasing costs.

The collection comprises four basic standards in the field of safety of machinery, all of them translated in Bulgarian language:

• BDS EN ISO 12100:2011 Safety of machinery - General principles for design - Risk assessment and risk reduction (ISO 12100:2010);

• BDS EN ISO 13849-1:2015 Safety of machinery - Safety-related parts of control systems - Part 1: General principles for design (ISO 13849-1:2015);

• BDS EN ISO 13849-2:2012 Safety of machinery - Safety-related parts of control systems - Part 2: Validation (ISO 13849-2:2012);

• SD ISO/TR 14121-2:2015 Safety of machinery — Risk assessment — Part 2: Practical guidance and examples of methods.
