For micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SME)’ representatives

SMEs have the opportunity to become BDS members, as well as to gain access to technical committees’ work without the obligation to be a member. The access without membership does not confer the same rights to the enterprises as those of BDS members and they cannot vote for adoption/non-adoption of the draft standards, they are not allowed for discounts when purchasing standards or participating in seminars, do not receive BDS publications, etc. Detailed information about the way in which an SME can gain access to the TC work could be found at our SME portal – section “SME and standards” – “Getting involved in standardization process”.
