Rositsa Georgieva

Director "Publishing, sales and services" Directorate”

Rositsa Georgieva has been Director of "Publishing, sales and services" Directorate since October 2013. She began work at BDS in 2009 as an expert in the "International Cooperation" Department and later she became head of the department. In the period March 2010 - February 2014 She was Project Administrator of BDS project "Improving the standardization system in Bulgaria" under the Operational Programme "Competitiveness".
She has graduated the University of National and World Economy, Master of Economics with a degree in "International Tourism".
Her previous experience is mainly related with NGOs and consultancy: National Association of Municipalities - expert "International Cooperation", expert "Municipal finances" and Administration and Finance Team Leader; Executive Director of the Bulgarian Association of Travel Agencies; consultant in project development and management under EU programmes; evaluator of project proposals under the PHARE programme and the operational programmes of Bulgaria; first level financial controller of cross-border projects.

Lilia Kostova

Director "Standardization" Directorate”

Lilia Kostova has been Director of “Standardization” Directorate since January 2020. She began working at BDS in March 2013 as an Expert in the "Chemistry and Food stuff, Textile and Leasure" Sector and in June 2014 she became Head of the sector.
She graduated in “Technique and Technology of Textile and Clothing” at the Technical University of Sofia, MSc degree.
Her previous experience is mainly related to production sector: Prima Textile LTD – she successively worked as Production Manager and as Production Director; TEOTEX LTD and CIESSE Trading LTD – a Technologist responsible for supervision of the production cycle in subcontracting companies in the field of ready-made garments; NISTRA LTD – a Constructor-Technologist in the field of jersey garment.
